Future models - Hyundai - Ioniq 6 - NHyundai teases new Ioniq 6 N sedanIoniq 6 N to build of success of Ioniq 5 N as high-performance EV sedan13 Jun 2025 By MATT BROGAN HYUNDAI has released a handful of teaser images of its upcoming Ioniq 6 N sedan, the model set to build on what the Korean brand describes as the runaway success of its high-performance Ioniq 5 N electric hatch.
The images reveal a striking body Hyundai says is developed for high-speed stability through “intensive aerodynamic development”, incorporating flared guards, a wider stance, lightweight wheels, and a large rear spoiler.
While little else is revealed, it is expected the Ioniq 6 N will package much the same driveline technology found in the Ioniq 5 N, potentially gifting the model with 478kW/770Nm of all-wheel drive grunt, a circa 3.0-second 0-100km/h time, and 260km/h top speed.
Battery pack and range details are not yet known, though it is likely the Ioniq 6 N will feature an 84kWh unit delivering close to 350km of driving range.
Other highlights from the Ioniq 5 N expected to feature in the four-door sibling include adaptive damping, forged aluminium wheels with sticky Pirelli P-Zero tyres, and massive brake rotors coupled with Hyundai’s clever multi-stage regenerative braking technology.
“(The) Ioniq 6 N will once again disrupt the high-performance EV segment to deliver exciting driving experiences to our fans,” said Hyundai N Management Group vice president Joon Park.
More information is expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
