Future models - Kia - CarnivalFirst look: Kia Carnival, the next generationDouble up: There will be short and long-length versions of the new Carnival. Kia's all-new Carnival will be bigger in all major dimensions9 Feb 2005 KIA has released this sketch of its new generation Carnival people-mover, ahead of the car’s unveiling at the Chicago motor show later this week. Borrowing design cues from the Sorento and Sportage 4WDs, the all-new Carnival will be bigger than the current vehicle in all major dimensions, including overall length and wheelbase, and will feature a 60/40-split third row which folds flat into the floor. Both a short and long-length version will be produced, with the longer Carnival (additional room for which will be realised in the boot) due on sale early in 2006. The shorter one will follow a few months later.
