Jason Luo to lead Ford China amid Blue Oval’s major EV move and KSS Takata deal25 Aug 2017 By TERRY MARTIN - Ford Motor Company has appointed former Key Safety Systems (KSS) chief executive Jason Luo as chairman and CEO of Ford China, handing him responsibility for the American auto giant’s operations in Greater China including its import business, the Lincoln luxury brand and its joint-venture operations. - Mr Luo announced his resignation from the global safety systems supplier earlier this week as it closes in on finalising a $US1.59 billion ($A2.01b) deal to acquire embattled airbag manufacturer Takata, which is embroiled in a global recall involving more than 100 million vehicles including around 2.3 million in Australia.
