Controversial Honda retail program ends after six years, replaced by ‘Dream Awards’19 May 2017 By TERRY MARTIN - Five Honda dealers from the national network of more than 100 outlets have received awards as part of the last-ever staging of the Japanese brand’s controversial Dealer Excellence program, with Honda Australia developing a new and expanded annual retail incentive scheme for 2017. - Presented with their awards at a ceremony in Melbourne recently, the five winning retailers recognised for their performance last year comprised two dealerships in Melbourne – Northway Honda in Bundoora and Astoria Honda in Murrumbeena – and one in Perth (Honda North), Launceston (Launceston Honda) and just the one in New South Wales: Kloster Honda in Newcastle.
