Two-piece, floating brake rotors are cross-drilled and measure a big 325 x 28mm up front and 326 x 20mm at rear. Callipers are also floating but remain single-piston, a system BMW says can achieve deceleration of 11 metres per second and a stopping distance at 100km/h of 35 metres - or in about half the time the M3 takes to accelerate to the same speed. Did you know?BMW says cross-drilling the brake friction rings reduces the weight of the brake discs by about 0.7kg for each front wheel and 0.8kg for each rear wheelAll car reviews![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
